Seaford Management is a professional services business founded in 2000 and located in the center of the Delmarva peninsula along the Nanticoke River in Seaford, Delaware.
Frank graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA degree in Economics. Former Sussex County, Delaware Recorder of Deeds, Frank knows his way around processing paperwork to meet State and Federal guidelines. Frank co-owns Seaford Management with his wife, Barbara.
Frank is a member of the Downtown Seaford Association, Seaford Kiwanis, and Seaford Historical Society. He also provided volunteer support the Eastern Shore AFRAM committee, City of Seaford, Seaford Chamber of Commerce, and Volunteer Fire Company.

Ana hails from Bogota, Colombia, where she graduated with a degree in Accounting from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Ana has worked in accounting and financial services for over 20 years. In Bogota, Ana held positions of treasury and portfolio manager, and chief accountant.
Ana has worked as a volunteer at Peninsula Regional Hospital. She is fluent in both Spanish and English, and Ana assists as a certified translator at the hospital.

Barbara has over 20 years experience working for Federal government contractors. She brings her Human Resources skills to Seaford Management.
